We've learned Mel Gibson's girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, is pregnant with his child.
Our sources say Gibson has already told his estranged wife, Robyn, and their children about the news. We're told Oksana is in her second trimester.
Robyn filed for divorce on April 13.
By the way, Oksana is living in a house Mel got for her. And guess what else? Until recently, Oksana was living in a house purchased by songwriter/producer David Foster, with whom she also had a relationship.

Gerard Butler Charged with Crime
Gerard Butler has another notch on his belt, but this time it ain't a chick ...he's scored a criminal charge.
Butler has been charged with misdemeanor criminal battery in connection with a run-in with a photog on October 7, 2008. At 2 AM, after a premiere party for "RockNRolla," Butler left Crown Bar in a limo and allegedly popped a papper in the lips three or four times. The L.A. City Attorney filed the charge yesterday.
Butler's reps have said the papper had stalked the star, and chased people through the streets. The rep claims the papper almost killed a pedestrian.
If convicted, Butler could face up to 6 months in jail.
Butler is due in court for an arraignment on June 10.
Butler's lawyer, Blair Berk, declined comment.

Donald Trump says Miss California will keep her crown, despite the topless pics that have surfaced, including the ones TMZ just obtained. Carrie repeatedly lied when she said these photos did not exist, yet Trump totally ignored the issue, saying some of the pics were beautiful, some were racy, but they were fine and lovely.
These pics were taken just last year -- meaning Carrie was the ripe ol' LEGAL age of 20.
This time, Carrie dropped her top for a professional photo shoot ... another partially nude gig that she forgot to tell the Miss California officials about.
Here's the best part. Carrie said the pics we just posted were the result of a "windy" day. That, friends, is the best lie ever!

Miss California USA Carrie Prejean was over 18 when she took those topless photos, so the story she was a minor isn't true -- at least according to a pageant official.
We got hold of an email from one of Prejean's former sponsors (we were asked not to use his name). He says Carrie took the pics after she had breast enlargement surgery -- the surgery was January 6, 2009. The sponsor says after the surgery, Carrie actually sent him one of the pics and asked "if she was in good enough shape for the Miss USA pageant." Carrie turns 22 in a week.
We've seen 4 topless pics of Carrie. She signed several contracts with the pageant saying she never had semi-nude pics taken. She could be de-crowned because she lied. But don't count on that. Donald Trump will make that decision tomorrow and the buzz is ... Carrie is staying put.

Victoria Principal apparently has taken her role on "Dallas" a little too seriously -- she's been sued for allegedly pulling a gun on a maid.
The woman who played Pamela Ewing is being sued by Maribel Banegas, the former maid at Victoria's Malibu home. Banegas claims she had taken the dog for a walk -- when she returned home to an enraged Victoria who couldn't understand why it took so long.
Banegas explained the dog wouldn't poop, but Victoria wasn't pickin' up what the maid was puttin' down. According to the suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Victoria fired Maribel on the spot. Maribel asked for her final check and Victoria went upstairs, allegedly only to come down with a gun, "which she then pointed and aimed" at the maid.
The suit claims Victoria "verbally threatened to kill plaintiff"... and asked another housekeeper who was present "to stand aside in order that she could kill the plaintiff."
The maid claims assault, false imprisonment and emotional distress. She wants unspecified damages.
Oh, by the way, the dog's name is Mei-Ling, and we're told it looks like a Shih Tzu ... seriously.

They were a married couple for 14 months, but the divorce between Kate Walsh and Alex Young has gotten ugly.
Young filed legal papers on Friday, accusing Walsh of using her accounting firm as a P.R. tool to trash him. Young says the accountants aren't coming clean -- especially on how much money he should get from the house they shared. But here's the thing -- they bought the house in 2007 and it's gone down in value. Plus, he left her with the mortgage and the bills.
BTW, Walsh makes $3 mil a year and Young -- a bigwig at FOX, makes over a million. So neither are hurtin'...

But judging from the way Xzibit flashed his ridiculously expensive diamonds in Vegas Wednesday night, someone forgot to tell him about the house trouble -- and the more than $500,000 he also owes in back taxes.
X-to-the-Z rocked an iced out necklace and a really,
really expensive watch to ROK nightclub -- where he partied like his name was Nero.
In addition to nearly losing his home in Woodland Hills, California -- it was reported last week that the IRS filed a $205,485 lien on X in L.A.County for non-payment of his 2007 taxes, and yet another one for an additional $296,355 for 2006.
Maybe that's why he was double fistin' the vodka ...

Jay Leno had to cancel two of his shows last week after being hospitalized with a 103 degree fever -- but the only thing sick about the "Tonight Show" host last night was his car.

Oprah Winfrey just had another Aha! Moment -- when she decided to wage a legal war against an insurance company using her signature catchphrase.
Just a few days ago, Oprah's lawyers fired off a cease and desist letter to Mutual of Omaha demanding they shut down their plans to run a gigantic advertising campaign with the slogan, "Official sponsor of the aha moment."
In the letter, sent April 21, Oprah's peeps claim they have the rights to the "Aha Moment" slogan and they threatened to sue because O doesn't want Mutual to mislead her fans into thinking she's associated with them.
But Mutual of Omaha is fighting back with a lawsuit, claiming that even if Oprah had trademark rights to the phrase, she "abandoned" those rights by failing to "police their alleged mark" when other businesses used it in the past.
In the suit, filed Wednesday in federal court in Nebraska, Mutual asks the judge to rule that they have the right to use the phrase in their campaign.

Jacko Hit-n-Run Case -- The Wreckage
We've just obtained photos of the ambulance
Michael Jackson's chauffeur allegedly smashed into yesterday -- and it looks more like a scrape-and-run than a hit-and-run.
As you can see in the photos, there's obvious damage on the left side of the ambulance, including the driver's side mirror which is hanging on by a thread. The EMT told us the sudden impact caused injuries to him and his partner -- who were sitting in the ambulance at the time.
